As with any diet program food is an integral part of the program. In order to make those foods delicious, there is listed at the beginning of the diet meals plans cookbook various ingredients that will aid in your preparing of meals. You can buy these products at most health food stores or online. Please do not make any substitutes to any diet meals plans recipes. MCT oil is listed in many of the recipes and is high-grade oil. You will see this listed in most of the recipes where a sweetener is required. Do not substitute with Splenda, which is very toxic and extremely contraindicated with our protocols. We can’t emphasis enough the importance of drinking enough water not only while you are on our weight loss diet, but also just in general since there are many health benefits from drinking water. Water helps regulate appetite, increases metabolism, boosts energy levels, prevents dehydration, alleviate some headaches, releases toxic waste products, and improves skin. So please drink plenty of it.
Our diet meal plans also encourage you to use herbs and spices liberally in your cooking. Use fresh herbs as much as possible. For those of you who may not be as familiar with certain herbs and spices our cookbook offers descriptions and usage tips for the most common ones.
The diet meal plans associated with our weight loss program cover all the categories from salads and appetizers, dressings, sauces and marinades, soups, chicken entrees, beef entrees, seafood entrees, vegetables, to even desserts!
