I have several questions. The original protocol states no turkey. I believe it was believed to neutralize effects of hcg (?) Updated diet plans allow tourney. Can you elaborate if okay to eat turkey or not?
Also I know that dairy is not encouraged but would it be acceptable to sub fat free cottage cheese instead of meat for a meal? I love this with chives and tomato or fresh pineapple. I appreciate any feedback you can give.
