Healthy Choices to Celebrate National Women’s Health and Fitness Day

National Women’s Health and Fitness Day is an annual event in the United States dedicated to promoting the importance of regular physical activity and overall health for women of all ages. It typically takes place on the last Wednesday in September. The primary goals of this observance are to encourage women to prioritize their health and well-being and to provide opportunities for them to engage in physical activities.


In honor of National Women’s Health and Fitness Day, we compiled a list of healthy choices you can make and activities you can partake in to celebrate the day.
